Ellise LaMotte

Ellise LaMotte is the Associate Provost for Student Success. In her role she serves to create a vision for supporting the development of students as scholars and leaders, work collaboratively to create programs and initiatives to support student success, and partner with schools to ensure students have access to the resources and support they need to thrive at Tufts and beyond. She started her Tufts journey in 2018 and in those first six years spent time leading the Center for STEM Diversity and then the Division of Student Diversity and Inclusion. Ellise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Education.
